Fasbazar is a marketplace, ecommerce store created to serve and support businesses in the UAE. Sellers with businesses of any size are welcome to use Fasbazar as their digital platform to expand their business online. 

What can I sell on Fasbazar?

What can I not sell on Fasbazar?

We do not allow the sale of counterfeit items or a product that is not 100% genuine. Restricted/prohibited product details are mentioned below. At fasbazar, our goal is to provide customers with a wide selection of high-quality products that enhance their daily lives. You can offer a diverse range of products for sale on fasbazar, with the exception of those listed below, and those that are prohibited by the government of the country we operate in: 
• All kinds of narcotic drugs 
• Mobile phone signal boosters, amplifiers, or repeaters 
• Mobile phones which only support 2G networks
• GPS vehicle tracking systems, devices, or accessories 
• 2G network devices 
• Goods bearing Israel marks, logos, or flag 
• Goods intended to be imported from boycotted countries 
• Any item containing animal products/ingredients sourced from animals listed on the WWF Endangered Species list 
• Gambling tools and machinery 
• Three layered fishing nets  
• Original engravings, prints, lithographs, sculptures, and statues in any material 
• Used, reconditioned, and inlaid tires  
• Radiation polluted objects and substances  
• Printed publications, oil paintings, photographs, pictures, cards, books, magazines, stone sculptures, and mannequins that contradict Islamic teachings, decencies, or deliberately imply immorality or turmoil

How do I open a fasbazar seller account?

It's easy! First, you must have a valid trading license and a fasbazar seller account. Then you will need to share the requested documents via email with seller onboarding. 
You can send the query on sell.fasbazar.ae. 
You can create an account on www.fasbazar.com here click on register or become a seller, provide the required details, and select the option I am a vendor.. 
Once you have submitted all of the required documents and received approval, your store will be live within 24 hours. 
 

How do I open a fasbazar customer account?

Visit our website www.fasbazar.com click on register, provide the required details, and select the option I am a customer. 
Verify your details from your email id and you'll become a customer. 
 

I'm registered as a fasbazar seller - what's next?

Admin will approve your request after verification and your product listing and documentation process will begin.

How much does it cost to sell my products on fasbazar?

The below breakdown of fees and commissions applies per item, and the rates differ according to the selling model you'll be using to sell your products on fasbazar, Currently we are moving only with FBF (fulfillment by fasbazar) business model.

Are Fasbazar fees and commissions inclusive of VAT?

No, Fasbazar fees are exclusive of VAT.

When will I start getting charged the commission fees?

From the first sale that you'll make on fasbazar. 

How do I get paid?

Once you start selling on Fasbazar we will automatically credit your sales revenue (net of fees) to your fasbazar account. You will receive a payments notification by email for each transaction which you can find on your Seller dashboard. ( within 15days your bank account will be credited)

What are fasbazar selling models?

The method with which you choose to stock, sell and ship your products with fasbazar. At fasbazar, we have two selling models available to our sellers: 
1. Fulfilled by Fasbazar (FBF) 
2. Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM)
(Currently, we are moving only with FBF (fulfillment by fasbazar) business model)
 

How do I manage my Fasbazar seller account?

As a registered and verified Fasbazar seller you will have access to your store go to www.fasbazar.com and after login to your account click on vendor dashboard here you can manage your seller account.

How will I know when I have got a sale?

Sellers using the fulfilled by Fasbazar (FBF) selling model don't need to worry about this. Fasbazar will manage your orders, inventory, return, and customer queries on your behalf. FBF sellers can follow their sales directly on the Seller dashboard
(order confirmation email will be delivered to the seller whenever the customer confirms the order) . 
 

How much does it cost to ship the products I sell on Fasbazar to customers?

Fasbazar selling models include 10AED shipping fees and a 5% commission on your selling price. 

How does FBF work?

Fulfilled by fasbazar (FBF) is a premier selling model and operates as an end-to-end service provider for our sellers. Fulfilled by fasbazar (FBF) is a selling model where fasbazar shipment collects the order from the seller and keeps it in the fasbazar fulfillment center for verification and re-packing of fasbazar and delivers it to the customer within time. that also allows you to stock your products in Fasbazar fulfillment centers. fasbazar will manage your inventory and customer orders, shipping orders directly to customers on your behalf. FASBAZR will also take care of customer queries and returns. FBF is popular with customers as it promises shipping within 24 hours of purchase. 

How do I add my inventory on fasbazar?

In order to start selling you will need to add your products to the Seller dashboard. Listing products on fasbazar is straightforward, you will need the basics - great images, an image link, a description, and specifications. 

How do I transfer my products to fasbazar for fulfillment by FBF?

Before you hand over your products to our team they will need to be properly packed. Once you have done this, you can book a slot to drop them off at our fasbazar warehouse location 

What about product returns and cancellations?

Sometimes customers decide they no longer need or want the item they have purchased. We have clear guidelines in place to protect both our customers and sellers' rights. Customers can cancel orders anytime and can return products within 15 days of purchase. By using FBF returned products will go back into your inventory in fasbazar fulfillment centers. 

How can I boost my sales on Fasbazar?

As a fast-growing marketplace, fasbazar has incredible reach and impact for local sellers. To support this there are many marketing options available to sellers wishing to boost their sales on fasbazar. You can enhance your sale by participating in our campaigns, events, sales, and deals. We are launching campaigns and product promotions on Google, youtube, and other social media channels.

Will I be liable to pay VAT to govt ?

Fasbazar will raise legal tax invoices to customers on the vendor's behalf, which ll be provided before the order processing. Customer ll also provided a fasbazar fee tax invoice for all fees & commissions that get deducted from you. You can use the fee tax invoices to claim your input VAT from the government.

What is the refurbished product fee policy.?

Shipment charges and commission are the same as mentioned above.
